REFUND POLICY

If you've navigated to this part of the website to figure out how to resolve an issue with a glass piece that i've made, please accept my apology in advance for any frustrations on your end.

I appreciate your support for me, and in that same way, I will definitely work to resolve any issue(s) you may be experiencing! I do stand behind the quality of my work, and I do want y'all to be stoked with what you have!

No Issues, Refund Request

This is a made-to-order website for the glass pieces that I create.  I have to order specific materials to fill any particular order - & it takes me time to make these pieces - so any refund request that doesn't stem from some unexpected functional issue will only receive a partial refund.

Sezzle Purchases : Total refund amount = 75% of the original order (this is because Sezzle keeps their transaction fees. 

Regular Purchases: Total refund amount = 80% of the original order

How Does A Refund Work?   ( Orders In The U.S Only ) 

It Can Either Be A Swap Out, Money Back, Or A Discount/Coupon Code For A Future Purchase for  A specified $ amount.  If it's decided that you should be refunded / have a replacement for your order... all you have to do is clean what you received if used (iso soak), and ship it back to me. Once I get it back, as long as its in perfect condition (no new cracks/scratches)  -- we can do a swap out, future discount, and/or if you purchased directly from my website---  i can refund the same card you purchased with. 

When Do I Not Accept A Refund Request?

If you wait to reach out to me 7+ days after your order has been delivered to request a refund, you must evidence some issue with what you ordered to receive a refund.

Again, you would be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. I strongly recommend you insure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as I am not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.

International Shipping RETURN POLICY

Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.

(1) The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returned packages ( sent back to sender)  due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete shipping address information.

(2) Orders will not be refunded due to delays in shipping, or issues stemming from the customer inputting incorrect / incomplete shipping address information. 

(3) The customer is responsible contacting the chosen shipping provider for any tracking / delivery issues
