SHIPPING POLICY

Once you have placed your order it will generally take 7-14 business days to prepare, label and arrange for shipment of your order to you. Once an order is processed by Zach Harrison Design LLC and in the possession of the selected shipper, we no longer have the ability to change the delivery method. 

Shipping costs vary, depending on the size, weight and destination of your order in accordance with the set rates of the 3rd party shipping company you have selected.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
A tracking number will be dispatched once an order is processed for shipment and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPMENT ISSUES
For all questions and concerns regarding shipping, please contact us at zharrisondesign@gmail.com  prior to your purchase. Questions and concerns regarding shipment status of your processed order should be made directly to your selected carrier. Any issues regarding your delivered order must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery to that carrier.

LOST OR STOLEN UNINSURED PACKAGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER. Zach Harrison Design LLC is not responsible for uninsured lost or stolen packages.  If your shipment was insured, please report the lost or stolen package to the carrier.

MOST SHIPMENTS REQUIRE AN ADULT (21+) SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. 

INTERNATIONAL AND NON-CONTIGUOUS US SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. While PACT Act restrictions are put into place, we will consider all international shipping inquiries. However, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to anywhere outside of the United States based on shipping restrictions. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES UPON DELIVERY. Zach Harrison Design LLC is not responsible for any extra shipping charges once the order is shipped. If you need to return an item, you are responsible for shipping fees, including any customs charges. Zach Harrison Design LLC will not accept or refund any items returned if payment is required upon delivery due to unpaid international shipping charges.
