Borosilicate Plate Sized Perfeclty For The Puffco Pivot Chamber!

This Puffco Pivot insert adds surface area inside of the chamber that helps prevents hot spots from forming (oil pooling up and not heating evenly).

 The 7 holes in the plate naturally help to agitate the oil loaded inside of the chamber during the heating process and inhalation process.

Think of those holes as little tunnels that alter the way the oil bubbles, and travels back down in-between inhales

. The Piv Plate does not spin, but because It has a flat surface, it pairs perfectly with a Terp Pearl!

CLEANING

1. Can be soaked in Iso Alcohol. I recommend 99%
2. After an Iso bath, you can rinse off plate off with water, and let air dry. You can wipe it down and blow out any excess water trapped in any of the 7 holes

Ways To Take The Plate Out Of the Chamber After Use

• Paper Towel
• 99% iso
• Q-tip

1. After your sesh, as the atomizer cools, swab like you normally would. I recommend wetting the end of the swab first with saliva. A slightly wetted swab seems absorb more or the oil residue vs a dry swab. 
2. Take out a  napkin/ paper towel and turn the pivot upside down - the pearl should fall out. 
3.  (Doing this over a paper towel) If you're using a hot knife or saber, the tip fits in-between the plate and the atomizer wall. Position the tool in that crevice, and start heating the tip. As you start to see smoke rise, begin to slowly try to flip the plate. Continue to heat the tip and begin to tilt the pivot until the plate can be pulled away on the flat part of the tip. Dump the plate on the paper towel.
4. (Doing this over a paper towel) If you're using a metal tool pick - start a heat cycle. When the Pivot gets to temp, Position the tool in that crevice, and begin to slowly try to flip the plate. Continue until the plate can be pulled away on the flat part of the tip and dumped  or pushed onto the paper towel.
5. After you remove the plate from the atomizer - wipe down the chamber again repeating 1. 
6. You can soak the plate in Iso and rise it off with water and let it air dry.
